At WOODstack, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged merchandise.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the footwear is placed inside its original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
